Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges


Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number

All returns for a refund, replacement, or repair require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and copy of your invoice. Contact us through email during regular business hours to obtain your RMA number.
The RMA number applies only to the specific merchandise stated at the time of issue. If you have more than one RMA number, do not combine them and return the merchandise as a single shipment. A combined RMA shipment is typically difficult to process, impeding processing time and correct application of any refunds or replacements. The combined RMA shipment will be delivered back to you at your expense in order to avoid confusion, miscommunication, and extended delay during RMA processing.
Clearly display the RMA number on the outside of the box when returning merchandise. Please do not mark or affix the RMA number on the actual product packaging - doing so will void your return as we cannot restock the product, which will then be delivered back to you at your expense. Products returned without a RMA number imply that there had been no return merchandise authorization issued and will be delivered back to you at your expense.
All delivery costs for returns are non-refundable. When you receive a RMA number, you agree to incur restocking fees and all delivery costs, insurance costs, and risks associated with your return merchandise during transit.


Merchandise Eligible for Return

Any merchandise purchased through us that are new and unopened may be eligible for return with issue of a RMA number within 5 business days of receiving your order.
For your protection, consumable merchandise such as edibles, personal care, select apparel, and chemical products are not eligible for return.
Merchandise not in original condition, opened, damaged, or are missing parts, accessories, or packaging are not eligible for return. Merchandise that are promotional, final sale or special order are not eligible for return. This merchandise will be delivered back to you at your expense.
Merchandise damaged in transit are not eligible for return and must be claimed against the courier.


Refunds and Restocking Fees

A refund may be issued to merchandise on qualifying order cancellations, qualifying order changes, and after receipt and processing of a RMA. Refunds are typically issued within 5 business days to the same method of payment as the original transaction. Please keep in mind that after we have issued a refund to your original payment method, it may take up to 5 additional business days for the transaction to appear on your statement depending on your financial institution.
All returns for refund are subject to a 15% restocking fee and all applicable delivery costs.


Exchanges

We do not exchange merchandise at this time, however, contact us through email during regular business hours to obtain a RMA number to return any eligible merchandise and place a new order to get what you want.
